Kin Hoi Thai Food Original Thai Taste, Seafood and More!
Last Friday’s Circle gathering brought together familiar faces, new connections, and meaningful conversations over an unforgettable Thai seafood dinner at Kin Hoi Thai Food. The evening was filled not only with authentic flavours and generous portions but also with warmth, reflection, and community spirit.
The food quickly became one of the highlights of the night. One participant described the meal as:
“Addictive Tom Yam soup with generous seafood and mushrooms, a creamy boost of real Thai flavours. Meaty cockles with a sambal that complements any rice dish. Piping hot steamed seabass in fresh tangy lime gravy, perfect on its own, or paired with the spicy fried rice.”
Another attendee simply summed it up as:
“Authentic Thai flavor with generous portions.”
Beyond the food, what made the evening truly memorable were the conversations shared around the table. Stories were exchanged about personal journeys, struggles, resilience, and growth. One participant reflected beautifully on the experience:
“The conversations we had plus the food was simply elegant and sumptuous. We shared our past and how we had to maneuver our way around numerous obstacles and hindrances posed by family, community and institutions. Such experiences have made us bold and brave and still more calm and less hateful. We learn to imbibe tranquility. Challenges still lurk around and we are more able to brace them.”
The gathering also marked an important milestone for the Circle as we warmly welcomed three new members into the group. It was especially meaningful to finally have our longtime friend from The Secular Malay Atheist community join us after several previous attempts to attend. His presence added another layer of familiarity and camaraderie to the evening. We also welcome a new friend from the Bahai community.
Friday Circle continues to grow not just as a social gathering, but as a safe and supportive space where people can connect authentically, share openly, and simply enjoy each other’s company over good food and honest conversation.
Sometimes, all it takes is a shared meal, a listening ear, and a welcoming table to remind us that none of us walks this journey alone.
