Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave foot prints on our heart and we are never ever the same again.

I do not want my house to be walled in all sides, nor my windows to be stuffed. I want the cultures of all the lands to be blown about my house as freely as possible. But I let no culture blow me off my feet
Mahatma Gandhi

Life is eternal and love is immortal and death is only a horizon and a horizon is nothing, save the limit of our sight. Look to this day, For it is life. For yesterday is already a dream and tomorrow is only a vision. But Today well loved makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope
Sanskrit Proverb

He who knows much about others may be learned.... But he who understands himelf is more intelligent. He who controls others may be powerful. But he who has mastered himself is mighter still

Yesterday is history and tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the Present

The Superior Man thinks of Virtue, the small man thinks of comfort
Confucious

The best soldier does not attack. The superior fighter succeds without a violent. The greatest conqueror wins without a struggle. The most successful manager leads without dictating. This is called Intelligent, nonaggressiveness. This is called the mastery of man.
Lao-Tsu. Tao Teh King

He who is silent is forgotton, he who abstaince is taken at his words; he who does not advance, falls back, he who stops is overwhelmed, distanced, crushed; he who ceases to grow greater becomes smaller; he who leaves off, gives up; the stationary condition is the beginning of the end

The purpose of education was not merely the acquirement of knowledge or skills, however important that might be. The real purpose was the cultivation of virtue and the purification of personal character.

Fundamentalist are like the fir trees in the forest. They cannot stand alone, and are only stable when crowded together, branches locked with those of their brothers. That is why we always fear them, because they will always hate us for our individualism

We are living or rather brought up in the culture of fear. Our mind carefully constructed with elements of fear from young. All these stories about life after death in my opinion are trying to invoke this fear factor, to make us do something accordingly. Unless we are able to acknowledge and reconcile this fear factor, accepting the fact that it has becomes so much part of us. We do everything out of fear. We are so afraid of our own fear sometimes that it deadens our hearts and mind. We create our own walls with familiar thoughts so that nothing can touch us. Its like hiding in our personal caves and jungles. Not allowing any light from entering, not until we have this longing for openness, yearning for something other than our own thoughts, no light will penetrate within us

NOW is important because it is where the past and the present meet

Freedom is the when there is nothing to loose. When there is no fear, even to face the very enemy that once hurt us.

Survival is worthwhile, because survival means living and living is an adventure.

Time is all we have. It is a common denominator and a scarce resources. It is cheerished and respected, cannot be stored or recycled, is the fourth dimension, and is priceless

War is inevitable. Sooner or later because it's always been inevitable. It always will be, too, just as long as human beings are capable of quarreling and anger, no matter over what. Any war is just a little's man quarrel magnified a million times. And to abolish was you'd need to abolished every last vestige of human vanity, envy and unkindness. It can't be done.

The Chemist who can extract from his heart's elements of compassion, respect, longing, patience, regret, surprise and forgiveness and compound them into one can create that atom which is called LOVE.
Khalil Gibran

The Individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overhelmed by the tribe. To be your own man is a hard business. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is to high to pay for the priviledge of owning yourself.Rudyard Kipling

"People who are committed to truth and honesty must be brave to break away from the parameters that blind and cripple them. Once free, you can never go back even if they promise you security. Security is not what other promised you but what you have to work for yourself"
